This innovative program combines therapeutic arts activities with proven career exploration frameworks to help you connect your personal story and interests with your future.
Art supplies will be provided, and you do not need prior knowledge or artistic skills to join. Engage in career exploration and self-discovery within a supportive community.
Part 1: Ignite Your Path (November 13)
Through engaging creative activities and the SparkPath tool, you'll delve into career-related challenges and explore your interests, gaining insight into the diverse paths ahead of you. This interactive session will inspire you to think creatively and envision possibilities that resonate with your authentic self.
Part 2: Embrace the Unexpected
Discover how chance encounters and unexpected opportunities can shape your career journey. In this session, we'll explore Planned Happenstance Theory, guiding you to identify key milestones and roots that have influenced your path. Through artistic expression, you'll chart your experiences and learn to embrace serendipity in your career exploration.
Part 3: It Starts with a Dream
In our final workshop, you'll blend your newfound insights to establish meaningful professional aspirations. Through creative activities, you'll express your dreams, align them with your strengths and values, and create a personalized roadmap.
